Two methods of reading Dominoes are given in "Throwing the Bones" -- the "Gypsy Domino Fortune Telling" system (which is actually British and American, despite the name) and the "Yoruba Domino Oracle," (which is actually from the Cuban Santeria tradition, despite the name). These reading methods are covered on pages 54-60.
